As a company we are experienced in all forms of extensions. 

We work on small and large projects, such as single story extensions, double story extensions, roof extensions, modern design sunrooms.

We manage the work from start to finish, making sure it is completed to a high standard in a timely fashion. We have a number of contacts and a list of approved subcontractors that we can call upon or recommend for any specialist pieces of work involved in the project.

In some circumstances the client has been granted planning permission, have detailed architects drawings and they have building regulations consent. If this is the case for your building project, Durham City Joinery will be able to produces a detailed quotation and carry out these works on request.

DESIGN

This is done by one of our recommended and experienced architects who are known and trusted to draw up the initial plans .The architects will deal with the building regulations application and planning and once ready. Durham City Joinery will initiate the build stage.
